Ryann is an exemplary employee. She is kind to her peers, supportive of her team and cares deeply for the company and its success (integrity). No matter what the project or challenge is, Ryann keeps a positive outlook and attitude at all times. She fuels the team with her kindness, humor and genuine care for each person. Despite an enormous workload at times she works extra and overtime to help in other areas such as the company newsletter (respond) and training new team members (nurture). She has had big wins in product development and her greeting card and gift designs are some of our best this past year (innovate). Through this crazy, stressful catalog process I knew I could count on Ryann to bring a calm, can-do attitude that was critical to our success at the end, particularly given the accuracy she imparts on her work (excel). Ryann, simply put, makes her team better and for that reason and many more, I would like to nominate her for the INSPIRE award this year.
